General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of using the GoodBlogger platform, as well as the conditions of offering services, ordering services and providing services through the platform.
  2. GoodBlogger is a platform for link building and content-marketing activities. The Service Provider offers implementation of the activities and acts as an agent in their sales, linking Publishers and Advertisers, enabling the former to monetise their own media and the latter to more conveniently enjoy the benefits of link building and content marketing.
  3. The owner of the platform is goodblogger
  4. Before commencing to use the Platform, every User must accept these Terms and Conditions and read the Privacy Policy. Failure to do so will prevent access to the Services.
  5. In order to use the platform functionalities, a User must meet the following minimum technical requirements:
    • a computer with Internet access,
    • updated web browser (e.g. Chrome),
    • JavaScript and Cookies enabled,
    • an active email account.
       The Service Provider shall not be liable for third-party software affecting platform functionality.
  6. Definitions:
    • Platform – the GoodBlogger website.
    • Service Provider – the entity operating the platform.
    • Product – a service provided by a Publisher to an Advertiser.
    • Offer – a unilateral statement made by a Publisher regarding a Product.
    • Publisher – a User providing Products.
    • Advertiser – a User ordering Products.
    • User – any registered person or entity.
    • Consumer – a natural person acting outside professional activity.
    • User Account – personal account used to access services.
    • Order – transaction between Advertiser and Publisher.
    • Clearing Account (Wallet) – virtual account for settlements.
    • Services – all functionalities provided by the Platform.

Services Provided

  1. The Service Provider provides electronic services via distance agreements.
  2. Services include:
    • Posting Offers by Publishers
    • Browsing and ordering by Advertisers
    • Managing Orders
    • Supervising execution
    • Handling complaints and cancellations
    • Payment processing
    • User accounts and profiles
    • Communication tools
    • Newsletter services
  3. The Service Provider may modify, add or remove functionalities.
  4. Some services may become paid; users will be informed beforehand.
  5. Agreement is concluded upon registration and lasts indefinitely.
  6. Newsletter service can be cancelled anytime.

Platform Role

  1. The Service Provider acts as an intermediary between Users.
  2. The Service Provider is not a party to agreements between Publishers and Advertisers.
  3. The Service Provider does not influence individual agreements.
  4. A business day means any day except weekends and public holidays.
  5. One month equals 30 calendar days.
  6. Products with “indefinite duration” must last at least 12 months.

Content and General Rules

  • Users are fully responsible for content they publish.
  • It is forbidden to post content that:
    • is illegal
    • is offensive or defamatory
    • infringes copyrights
    • spreads malware or piracy
  • The Service Provider may remove such content within 3 days.
  • Accounts may be blocked for violations.
  • Offers and pricing must remain confidential.
  • The Service Provider may use User logos and names for promotion.

Offers

  • Publishers may add Offers to the Platform.
  • Offers are moderated and may be:
    • accepted
    • modified
    • rejected
  • Offers are valid indefinitely until changed or deleted.
  • Publishers must:
    • have rights to the website
    • provide accurate information
    • avoid direct contact details
  • Publisher pricing is net and may differ from Advertiser price.
  • The Service Provider may remove Offers at any time.

Orders

  1. Orders are placed by Advertisers through the Platform.
  2. Orders create a binding agreement between Publisher and Advertiser.
  3. The Service Provider manages the process but is not a party.
  4. Advertisers must provide:
    • legal content
    • accurate materials
    • non-infringing assets.

Execution of Services

  1. Publishers must complete Orders within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.
  2. Execution includes:
    • publishing content on specified website
    • ensuring indexable links (no noindex/nofollow unless agreed)
    • maintaining agreed format
  3. Advertisers can request corrections within 3 days.
  4. Publishers must apply corrections within 2 days.
  5. Failure to comply results in no payment.
  6. Advertisers may request removal anytime (no refund).

Types of Products

Sponsored Articles

  • Minimum duration: 12 months
  • Cannot be modified after publication

Advertising Links

  • Published for agreed duration
  • Cannot be altered without consent

Links in Existing Articles

  • Must remain for at least 12 months

Broken Links

  • Replace existing links
  • Must remain active

Brand Mentions

  • Text mentions without links
  • Must remain visible as agreed

Mailing Campaigns

    • Publisher must have consent for email usage
    • Must provide report after campaign

Payments and Settlements

  1. Payments are handled via Wallet.
  2. Publishers receive remuneration after:
    • successful execution
    • no complaints within 3 days.
    •  processed within 7 business days
  3. Publishers are responsible for taxes.

Liability

  1. Service Provider is not liable for:
    • user actions
    • content accuracy
    • technical errors
  2. Publishers are fully liable for:
    • execution
    • content legality
    • damages
  3. Advertisers are liable for submitted materials.
  4. Publishers must compensate for damages caused.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • bypass platform payments
  • contact directly for deals
  • share confidential information

Complaints

  • Complaints must be sent via email.
  • Response time: 14 business days.

Illegal Content

  • Users may report illegal content.
  • Reports must include:
    • identification
    • URL
    • explanation
  • Service Provider:
    • reviews within 7 days
    • may remove content
    • allows appeals

Data Protection

Data is processed per Privacy Policy. Users consent to data processing by using the platform.

Amendments

  1. Terms may be updated due to:
    • legal changes
    • technical updates
    • business needs
  2. Users will be notified.
  3. Continued use means acceptance.

Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
  3. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  4. The Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Users in compliance with applicable laws, including sanctions, regulatory requirements, or directions issued by governmental authorities in India or under international obligations recognized by Indian law.
